RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase from Country Mouse, however if something has gone wrong, we are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt. Unfortunately if more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund but we may still be able to offer an exchange.
In all cases, we will require proof of purchase and items must be returned in the same condition as when they left us.
If you've changed your mind
Where the buyer has simply changed their mind about a purchase, they will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
If we got it wrong
Should we have made an error with your shipment we will, of course, refund the full amount including the shipping cost.
If your purchase arrives damaged
If your item has arrived damaged, please let us know, in writing, within 2 days of receipt. Please email us at karen@countrymousehome.co.uk and include a photograph of the damage. If it has been damaged in transit, we will refund you in full and take it up ourselves with the courier concerned.
Condition:
Most items sold in our shop are up-cycled, re-claimed or simply 'aged' and, like all good things, they may show their battle scars. We will always mention any major flaws on our labels or online descriptions. Please take care to read these carefully as we are unable to offer a refund or exchange where a flaw has been specifically pointed out.

Missing Parcels
If we messed up and got your address wrong - we will refund you in full if your parcel cannot be found. However, if you have given us an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, where applicable, confirm the amount to be refunded. We will then credit your card (or original method of payment) within fourteen days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within fourteen days please contact us at karen@countrymousehome.co.uk.
Exchanges
Generally we will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged in some way. However, we are happy to exchange paint for a different colour if we can verify that it has not been opened and the container is undamaged.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Country Mouse Ltd, Moss End Garden Village, Maidenhead Road, Warfield, RG42 6EJ, United Kingdom. Please do not do this until you have spoken to us and we agreed to the refund or exchange.
